Working Principle 
The feeding system conveys the material to be cut to the cutting area. The material can be wood, metal and other various profiles.

Structural Composition 
Cutting Mechanism: It mainly includes saw blade, saw holder, motor and other components. Feeding mechanism: usually consists of conveyor belt, roller, screw, etc. It is responsible for accurately conveying the material to be cut to the cutting position, and the material can be accurately fed according to the set length.
Positioning and Clamping Mechanism: It is used to position and clamp the material to be cut before cutting to ensure that the material will not move or shake during the cutting process, so as to ensure the cutting accuracy. Common positioning methods are mechanical positioning, photoelectric positioning, etc., and clamping methods are hydraulic clamping, pneumatic clamping and so on.
Control system: it is the core part of CNC cut-off saw, which can precisely control the cutting mechanism, feeding mechanism, positioning and clamping mechanism, etc. by inputting the pre-written program to realize the automated cutting process. The control system can also monitor the running status of the sawing machine in real time and diagnose and alarm the faults.
